Initial Connection

We learn about your company, what sets you apart, growth projections, and current pain points in order to be an extension of you and your firm to the candidates we speak with. We also explain our differentiators and answer any questions you have. This conversation is still extremely vital to our long term success together.

Stop 02

Service Agreement

We understand there is a premium when working with a firm like ours. We want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible with the terms of the agreement. That being said, our service is contingent and we are not compensated until we provide true value, in the form of a new team member for you.

Job Description

This is an extremely helpful piece in our search. In addition to getting a detailed description, us having an in-depth discussion about what your ideal candidate would look like goes a long way.

Submit Candidates

This is our time to shine! We get right to work on the job and our goal is to have candidates in front of you within a week. We are not technical experts in your field, so we are presenting what looks good to us on paper and from our conversations. Your expertise comes in the next step.

Stop 05

Interview Preparation

We will provide you all the ammo you need to sell a passive candidate on why they should join your team. Remember that it is a candidate short market and good talent is very tough to come by, so take time to really get to know someone and their abilities.

Negotiate Offer

Our goal is to have a situation be mutually beneficial for you and the candidate. We do not drive prices up in order to increase our fees. We want you to land the top talent at fair market value. A lot more goes into an offer than just base compensation, we consult our candidates to see all the aspects of your company, not just the money.
